I bought a phone phone that arrived a week ago. The original SIM card that came in didn't work that they had to send a new one, which never arrived after a overnight promise. I called them and they promised another overnight that didn't arrive either. They don't even put you their supervisor who can help you. Seriously considering send the phone back and get out of tracfone deal. .... very disappointed and upset. They got to shape up..it's a big deal.
